INTELLIGENT STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM
Design, development and deployment of Intelligent Street Lighting System for city-wide area with features like manually or programmatically turned on, off, or dimmed from a remote location wireless network. System features include operations management, near-real-time failure alerts, and reduced carbon dioxide emissions. The system is also integrated with motion sensors to provide operational flexibility.
SMART VEHICLE PARKING SOLUTION
Design, development and deployment of Smart Vehicle Parking Solution based on video analytics application that runs image processing, machine learning, and statistical analysis algorithms to determine vehicle occupancy for on-street, off-street, and multi-level parking. The guidance and reporting subsystem of the solution provides an overview of parking occupancy status showing parking availability to users via a smartphone mobile application. It has been integrated with payment gateways.
BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY SYSTEM
Design, development and deployment of Building Energy Efficiency System providing hardware subsystem, and applications to monitor and control various building efficiency systems to ensure safe, reliable, energy-efficient operations. The systems get controlled via a centralized server and Mission Control Room. Various features and scenarios of build sub-systems include Sensing Network, Micro-Grid Network, Lighting Control System, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, and Geo-fencing.
WATER FLOW RADIO MODULE
Re-engineering and feature enhancement of Water Flow Radio Module to provide cost-effective IoT solution. Project scope included development of this module with a low power design for longer battery life, as well as better engineering, production and testing methodologies to reduce cost. Automatic Test Equipment was also developed for large-scale production of the water flow radio module.
WIRELESS GATEWAY DEVICE
Development of Wireless Gateway Device to connect to soil sensors and streaming of sensor data to cloud and monitoring application. Product was designed for continuous soil monitoring systems to monitor the soil condition in real time to obtain a detailed vision of the grass water needs and of the hydrological behavior of soil to improve irrigation efficiency.



PV OPERATIONS SOLUTION - SOLAR POWER GENERATION
Provided comprehensive Enterprise PV Operations Solution for Solar Power Generation encompassing server application, fault information to NOC, energy production data mining, analytics and reporting, as well as billing and CRM.




SMART GRID SOLUTION
Provided Smart Grid Solution to a utility company with a communication system for the AMI for single- and three-phase meters and related headend and Meter Data Acquisition System (MDAS) and Meter Data Management (MDM) software. Control center solution included AMI infrastructure support, training for smart meter configuration, headend platform and communication network, as well as integration of a solar roof top to the MDAS system to track the energy consumption and the feed to the grid.
SMART CLINICAL BIN
Engaged with a world leader in specialty devices for clinical applications to conceptualize, develop hardware, design embedded software and data collection applications for the development of a fully automated and authenticated Smart Clinical Bin. Used for clinical waste management in hospitals, the connected device encompasses a camera, RFID and barcode sensors as well as load sensors to track utilization and provide maintenance and usage alerts.
PREDICTIVE FAULT ANALYTICS SOLUTION
For a manufacturing Industry client, we developed a predictive fault analytics solution for the induction motors in their plant. Timely detection of motor faults can avoid catastrophic failures resulting in reduction of production losses, maintenance cost and improvement in production revenue. The solution uses an artificial neural network to classify faults caused by air-gap eccentricity, broken rotor bars, damaged bearings, shorted turns in stator windings, as well as varying load torque due to faulty coupling/faulty gearbox.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Development of an Energy Management System (EMS) for a smart building. Key objectives included controlling the temperature of the building and the ACs according to the building occupancy, and optimizing consumption of energy/operating costs for savings on HVAC operational costs. The system encompasses a centralized monitoring and control server, wireless gateway, wireless load control units, wireless temperature sensors and energy meters with communications capability, as well as iOS and Android mobile apps for monitoring and manual control.
