Mr. Keshava Prasad, Senior Vice President – Sales, North America and Europe

Mr. Keshava Prasad is a seasoned business and geography leader with over twenty six years of experience in driving business growth and building scalable IT and Engineering Services organizations across the semiconductor, industrial, and aerospace sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore University, along with an MBA in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi.

Prior to joining Mindteck, Mr. Prasad served as Senior Business Development Director at L&T Technology Services. He has also held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where he contributed significantly to business expansion, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

With deep expertise in business development, strategic account management, go-to-market leadership, and portfolio expansion, Mr. Prasad has consistently delivered impactful business outcomes. He has successfully led large and complex portfolios, achieving strong and sustained revenue growth while maintaining healthy margins. His ability to cultivate long-term relationships with senior executives at leading global OEMs has been a key contributor to business success.

Mr. Prasad has a strong track record in acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. He is widely recognized for his executive presence and his ability to work seamlessly across practice, delivery, recruitment, and operations functions to drive strategic objectives and enable sustainable growth.
