Mindteck Signs Mou With Saudi Arabian Company Cross - border alliance created to promote bu siness in the Gulf Cooperation C ouncil (GCC)
Bengaluru, India – December 21, 2015: Mindteck (India) Limited (BSE: MINDTECK), a global technology company, signed a memorandum of understanding with Alafdaliyah Group at the India–Saudi Arabia Business Meet 2015 held on December 17th at Hotel Le Meridian, Bengaluru.
The MOU was signed by Avneet Gupta, COO of Mindteck, and Harith Y. AlFaddagh, the CEO of Alafdaliyah Group—a well-known business house in Saudi Arabia. As part of this MOU, Mindteck will provide IT products and services, skilled IT resources and offshore services from its two development centers in India.
The event was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). It was addressed by Mr. RV Deshpande, Minister of large and medium Industries & tourism-government of Karnataka, Mr. Kamel S. Al Munajjed, Chairman of Saudi-India Joint Business Council, Mr. Abdhulaziz Al Qahtani, Chairman, Abdulahadi A. Al Qahtani Sons Group, Ms. Ratna Prabha, Additional Chief Secretary, Commerce & Industries Department-government of Karnataka, and Mr. Chandrashekhar, past Chairman of CII for the State of Karnataka and Managing Director of Bhoruka Power Corp. Ltd
