Rozario Arun Prakash, Senior Vice President – Human Resources, brings over two decades of experience in building high-performing organizations and driving transformative people strategies across technology, fintech, e-commerce, and global capability centers (GCCs).

A seasoned HR leader, Rozario has extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Shared Services, and Enterprise Transformation. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and scaled talent ecosystems, strengthened HR service delivery models, and led strategic initiatives that align people practices with business objectives.

His core strengths include employee lifecycle management, organizational effectiveness, governance, process optimization, automation, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling sustainable business growth through people-centric solutions.

Rozario holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Christ University and a Bachelor of Commerce from RBANMS College.
