Mindteck has meticulously designed and developed a comprehensive end-to-end workflow and automated process solution for evaluating and accrediting educational institutions by the government’s Education and Quality authority. This innovative solution digitizes the entire process of granting Quality accreditation to an institute, enabling all stakeholders within the system to conduct qualification reviews through a structured workflow that incorporates diverse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) customized for each role. The application seamlessly initiates the process from the institute’s requisition and progresses until the certification is attained.
The digital transformation of this application involves integrating a diverse array of stakeholders within a
system where each user performs distinct and varied actions within a specified approval workflow. This system
encompasses over 30 statuses, 20 roles, 25-plus approval flows, and numerous reports. Apart from tackling functional development challenges, the successful implementation of this intricate process necessitates a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) that excel. The UI/UX of the application, accessible to every stakeholder, must prioritize ease of use and transparency.
