Challenge

Our client is a global leader in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) and cloud services, which help their clients modernize their data centers and run applications at any scale. They were seeking to deploy multiple nodes in a legacy environment using a new technology with limited reference points to benchmark performance. Mindteck was engaged to validate features for on-prem and cloud environment deployments as well as Disaster Recovery and Virtualization. 

Scope

The scope of this project involved the configuration of the cluster set up and testing of Disaster Recovery and Virtualization. It also included: 

  • Test framework development for Hyperconvergence Testing, 

  • Execution of regression suite to validate the product. 

Solution 

  • Disaster Recovery feature testing, 

  • Executed hourly test runs and triage failures, 

  • Synchronous replication feature performance, 

  • Team ramp-up on desired technology and training, 

  • Benchmarked best practices.
