Mindteck is deeply saddened by the sudden passing
of Dr. Krishnan on June 21, 2021

K.V. Krishnan, PhD, Practice Head – Medical Devices and Analytical Instruments, leads the team that is responsible for developing innovative services and solution capabilities for the Healthcare and Medical Device industries.

Dr. Krishnan has over 40 years of experience in science and technology. Since 2007, he has held a variety of roles at Mindteck, including Vice President – Sales Support, Vice President – IT Services Delivery, Associate Vice President – Life Sciences & Information Technology Services, and SME – Life Sciences. Prior to joining Mindteck, he served as Senior Applications Specialist at Unisantis GmbH, where he was primarily responsible for instrument design and market analysis. He also collaborated with world-class Russian and Japanese universities for product strategy and marketing as well. Over the course of 20 years, Dr. Krishnan also worked for a few affiliates of the Government of India which includes – Jawaharlal Nehru Aluminium Research Development and Design Centre and Geological Survey of India. From 1978 to 1982, he was Assistant Professor at The American College, India, an Autonomous Institution where he taught Postgraduate and MPhil level students as well as guided MPhil and PhD researchers.

Dr. Krishnan earned his PhD degree in Analytical Spectroscopy from Annamalai University, India.
