| Bangalore, January, 2005: Mindteck (India)
Ltd. announced its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31,
2004. The results were taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company
at its meeting held on January 21, 2005. The net profit of Mindteck India together
with its subsidiary Mindteck Consulting has grown over its last year’s corresponding
period as well as the last quarter, posting revenue of 89.14 million rupees and
net profit of 3.99 million rupees on a consolidated basis.
Announcing
the financial results, P A Ananthanarayanan, Group CFO, said, “The performance
for the quarter is a vindication of the company’s strategy and business model.
We are meeting our goals, continuing with profitable growth and keeping our costs
under control.”
