Located in Bangalore, Mindteck’s product support center enjoys a clear time zone advantage. The fab customers it serves can look forward to quick turnarounds. In this engagement model, Mindteck’s product support engineers undergo intensive training in customer products at customer locations. Once back in Bangalore, the product support team sets to work attending to customer issues from the APAC region over phone and email. Occasionally, the engineers visit customer fabs to provide fab-level testing and software installation support.
