Overall 8 to 10 years of experience with atleast 3 years as a project manager experience in large-scale software development projects
Hands on experience in C, C++ and embedded systems
Demonstrated prior experience in managing complex programs with multiple interfaces, global diversity of team members, significant time constraints and variable work scope
An in-depth knowledge of project planning, execution and control processes
Knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of telecommunications systems and/or network management is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills including influence management, consensus building and team building.
Must be able to interface, coordinate, and work with individuals and teams of various disciplines, locations and cultures
