Application Developers for Mindteck, Inc to report to our Camp Hill, PA HQ loc. but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA. Pos will be resp for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, + implementing app enhancements. Prov prod sup, meet defined scope, target dates + budg w/ min or no defects. Utilize + participate in full syst develpmnt life cycle per SDLC standards. Collab w/ customer, bus analyst, partners, + IT team for bus reqs to drive analysis + design of tech sols to bus needs. Prov tech sup; incl release impl, on-call + 24/7 sup when needed. Perf work in compliance w/ Client IT standards, policies, + procedures. May participate in proj teams doing lead/PM as needed. Eff comm w/ team, cust, partners, + mgmt. to assist w/ tech walkthroughs, rep proj status, vendor sols, + prov docs. May undergo background checks. Must have Bachelors in Comp Sci, Electronics, Eng’g or rel and 4 yrs rel IT dev exp. Also req the following skills: (4 yrs exp) in Oracle, PL/SQL coding and programming, Unix/Linux batch job creation and maintenance, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and Data Warehousing; (2 yrs exp) in Teradata Databases; and (1 yr exp) in Agile. Technical Lead


Minimum education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or) any engineering (or) related field

Minimum required experience:

2 years

Job duties:
  • Utilize storage domain knowledge and PERL Automation experience to oversee all aspects of software testing
  • Uncover defects/bugs in the system firmware and operating system in the respective releases through functional and systemic testing before the product is released to the customers.
  • Work as a team leader and guiding the team members as they complete the project.
  • Write test cases, setup the test environment, execute, and automate the test cases independently using NetApp tools
  • Upgrade/downgrade ONTAP versions/Firmware
  • LAB setup and bringing up the NAS filers.
  • Design, implement and qualify various needs of customers in the NetApp filer hardware solutions.
   

Automation Engineer


Education Requirement:

BS Degree in Computer Science (or) any engineering (or) related field. Foreign degree equivalent acceptable

Experience requirement:

Job duties:
  • Design, implement and qualify various needs of customers in the NetApp filer software solutions.
  • Interact with clients and prospects to understand and discuss technical solutions for their business problems and help them with technical team in the data storage solutions.
  • Unearth defects/bugs in the system firmware and operating system and its features in the respective releases through functional and systemic testing and automation before the product is released to the customers.
  • The candidate will work on testing and automation of system software that enables the hardware platform and peripherals of a NAS storage controller.
  • The candidate will be responsible to write test cases, setup the test environment, execute and automated the test cases independently.
   

Senior Software Engineer


Education Requirement:

BS Degree in Computer Science (or) any engineering (or) related field. Foreign degree equivalent acceptable

Experience requirement:

2 years

Job duties:
  • Develop/modify the scripts as required.
  • Review the scripts and provide quality review comments.
  • Review the functional specification documents and provide the review feedback if required.
  • Development of new test cases and updating ALM with proper design steps.
  • Interact with development team whenever required to get the technical solutions for issues.
  • Interact with clients and prospects to understand the project requirements.
  • Managing project deliverable in line with the project plan and provide regular status updates.
  • Improve the domain expertise in various platform areas.
   

Software Quality Engineer


Education Requirement:

BS Degree in Computer Science (or) any engineering (or) related field. Foreign degree equivalent acceptable

Experience requirement:

2 years

Job duties:
  • Creating design specifications (DS) and performing project planning for various Storage Product releases.
  • Gathering the requirements for new storage platforms subjected to product qualification.
  • Developing use cases which will simulate product qualification under customer scenarios.
  • Developing automation scripts to automate the use cases using Mindteck proprietary SCOE automation framework.
  • Identifying and resolving issues found, if any, while subjecting the platform to product qualification process.
  • Maintaining the use cases for all supported software releases run on the target platform.
  • Maintaining the automated scripts for all software releases specific to the target platform.
  • Developing and compiling technical presentations and new process initiatives for the improvement of the product qualification process.
   

New Business Development - IT Staffing Services


 

Mindteck is seeking seasoned business development professionals experienced in selling IT staffing solutions.

The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities that will develop into long-term client relationships; specifically, generating sales from permanent, contract or contract to hire IT professional placements with new clients. This includes, but is not limited to, positions for Systems Engineers, Security Engineers, Network Administrators, Helpdesk, Software Developers, QA Testers, Project Managers and Business Analysts.

The candidate must have sales experience within the IT services industry and strong relationships from an extensive network of appropriate decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet with qualified prospects, or schedule introductory meetings for our sales team, to communicate, promote and sell Mindteck’s service offerings.
  • Obtain signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA).
  • Secure preferred vendor standing.
  • Obtain IT staffing requirements, screen candidates, negotiate bill rates and present offers to candidates.
  • Maintain sales and metric reports.
  • Continuously garner prospect information/insight to discuss with select Mindteck stakeholders for future cross-sell/up-sell services.

Job Requirements:

  • 15+ years direct experience in IT/sales
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT staffing and associated skill sets
  • Ability to establish rapport, persuade others, and quickly gain understanding of prospect’s business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the advantages of Mindteck’s expertise with multi-faceted target audiences – C-suite, IT hiring managers, HR and technical personnel
  • Positive attitude, strong moral compass and a good team player
