Pankaj Agarwal
CEO and Managing Director
Pankaj is a business leader and an entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the field of Information Technology.
Prior to Mindteck, Pankaj founded two companies; Infotech Consulting, Inc. in Pennsylvania in 1996; and Binary Semantics, New Delhi, India in 1986. Pankaj started Infotech with a capital of $10,000, and oversaw its growth into a $31 Million IT business by 2007. Infotech successfully established itself as a premier vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as several large private businesses in the US. The company grew from a one-man operation to a 260-person company over a period of twelve years. Infotech also had the distinction of being ranked one of the “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies” for seven years by the Central Penn Business Journal. In February 2008, Infotech was merged with Mindteck to become part of a global IT services business, and Pankaj took over as the CEO of Mindteck.
Pankaj was a finalist in 2003 ‘E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. He has been serving on the IT Advisory Board of Penn State University, Harrisburg since 2002 and is on the Board of Trustees for Harrisburg Science and Technology University.
Pankaj holds a Bachelor's Degree with high honors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, one of the premier engineering institutes in India.

Suresh Rao
Group Chief Financial Officer
Suresh Rao is the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mindteck. He is responsible for Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Accounting and Audits for global Mindteck and heads Administration and Operations of Mindteck India.
Suresh comes to Mindteck with over 21 years of experience. He is optimistic by nature and passionate about work with a strong eye for spotting opportunity in every crisis. For the last 10 years he has worked in various senior management positions in different organizations of global repute. Most recently he was associated with Adea Technologies Private Limited as CFO (Europe and Asia) where he led the corporate restructuring effort and turnaround initiatives. Prior to that Suresh was with Subex Ltd. and contributed substantially to their cross border acquisitions.
Suresh started his career with AV Birla Group and served the Group for seven years, specializing in setting up large petrochemical complexes such as Indo Gulf Fertilizers and Mangalore Refinery. Later, he moved to Shriram Group of Chennai, followed by BPL Telecom where he worked closely with the senior management team and was involved in raising finances for setting up new factories. Suresh has been involved with successful IPOs as a part of his career.
Suresh is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He lives in Bangalore with his wife and children. His interests include photography and music.

Ramesh Ajjampur
Senior Vice President, Global Delivery
Ramesh Ajjampur is the Senior Vice President for Global Delivery at Mindteck. He is responsible for overall planning, monitoring, and managing global delivery and operations at Mindteck, and ensuring quality, predictability and reliability across all projects. He is committed to building strong customer relationships through world class project management, delivery teams and quality management systems.
With over 22 years of global IT experience, Ramesh brings a vast knowledge base in handling business critical functions such as Delivery, Operations, Quality, Customer Relationship, and P&L. Prior to joining Mindteck Ramesh was with Wipro for 21 years where he worked as a General Manager and Account Head, managing multiple strategic accounts in Telecom Equipment Vertical. He has also driven Unified Communications Practice and Competency Initiatives at Wipro. Ramesh believes in hard work and is always open to suggestions and feedback. A team oriented person, he is known for encouraging and building strong team environment at the workplace.
Ramesh holds a Master of Technology (M Tech) Degree in Computer Science from IIT, Bombay. He was a Gold medalist and topper in the University during his Bachelor of Engineering program, and was a rank holder in the State Board examination.
Ramesh lives in Bangalore with his wife and daughters. He enjoys sketching, traveling, and listening to music during leisure.

Dr. K.V. Krishnan
Practice Head, Life Sciences
Dr. K.V. Krishnan heads the Life Sciences vertical at Mindteck. He envisions growing the vertical many fold and establishing Mindteck as a leader in the segment.
He is a doctorate degree holder in Analytical Spectroscopy with over thirty years of diverse experience in Teaching, Research and Product Development. After a successful career spread over two decades in a leading National Research Laboratory in India as Head of Analytical Research, Dr. Krishnan joined a multinational based analytical instrument manufacturer as Applications Specialist. He worked in their production centers in Germany and Dubai and was responsible for product design and application design. He is widely travelled and has over forty research publications to his credit apart from being awardee of UNIDO Fellowship. Dr. Krishnan is a member of several National and International Associations and bodies. He is also an academic advisor for some leading educational institutions in India.
An avid reader, Dr. Krishnan enjoys listening to music during his leisure time.

Surjit Lahiri
Vice President, Projects
As the Vice President – Projects, Surjit heads the Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Storage verticals at Mindteck. His role entails envisioning the technology roadmap for the organization, driving demand creation for existing and new service offerings and above all, driving sales from locked in businesses. Surjit also leads and manages the Solution Engineering and Development of Practice Assets creation and drives the delivery organization’s Capability Matrix and productivity.
Prior to joining Mindteck, Surjit worked at Novellus Semiconductors and Siemens. His wide ranging experience spans the manufacturing and high technology industries as well. With over 18 years of experience, he has held various roles in areas such as Software Development, Project Management, Product Development, Program Management and Account Management.
During the course of his career, Surjit accomplished several milestones such as establishing the SEMI and Storage Practice at Mindteck and turning around accounts into multi million dollar key accounts. Possessing sound functional knowledge of Sales, Life Cycle Services, Product Development, SQA and SEPG, Surjit’s competencies include complete hands on software architecting, designing and development for real time and enterprise based systems.
Surjit is a regular contributor of articles on Storage and Semiconductors to various technology focused media such as The Machinist, CIOL etc. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming and playing with his young daughters. He is also a part of not-for-profit community projects that use technology to solve community issues. Playing table tennis and solving the daily brain teasers in the newspaper, especially Sudoku are the activities he enjoys on a regular basis.
Surjit holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Industrial Electronics from the University of Poona, India.

Shivakumar Krishnamurthy
General Manager, IT Services
Shiva heads the IT Services practice and is responsible for defining service lines and target market, developing customer specific solutions for the BFSI, Public Sector and IT Services practices. In this role he is also responsible for creation of Go To Market strategy and driving the revenues for the IT services business.
Shiva joined Mindteck over 3 years back as Head of Delivery for IT Services and setup and grew the offshore team, while actively contributing to developing the practice. Shiva has over 14 years of experience playing various roles in technology, delivery management and consulting and has worked with Infosys, TCS and KPMG prior to joining Mindteck. He has a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and a PGDM from IIM Lucknow in Finance & Systems.
Shiva lives in Bangalore, is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his kids in his spare time.

Usha TN
Vice President, Legal and Company Secretary
Usha TN is the Vice President, Legal and Company Secretary at Mindteck. She is responsible for Company’s legal and corporate matters globally.
Usha comes to Mindteck with over 12 years of industry experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance Management, and other corporate legal, tax and secretarial functions. Prior to joining Mindteck, she worked with MindTree Ltd and Biocon Limited as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Usha holds a Master's Degree in Commerce, an LLB, an ACS, and a PGD ( Foreign Trade). She is a recipient of National Award from the Vice President of India for achieving best Corporate Governance as Company Secretary during her tenure at MindTree.
Usha lives in Bangalore with her husband. She is a great admirer of contemporary art and likes to paint in her leisure time.
