Pankaj Agarwal
Pankaj is a business leader and an entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the field of Information Technology.
Prior to Mindteck, Pankaj founded two companies; Infotech Consulting, Inc. in Pennsylvania in 1996; and Binary Semantics, New Delhi, India in 1986. Pankaj started Infotech with a capital of $10,000, and oversaw its growth into a $31 million IT business by 2007. Infotech successfully established itself as a premier vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as several large private businesses in the US. The company grew from a one-man operation to a 260-person company over the a period of twelve years. Infotech also had the distinction of being ranked one of the “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies” for seven (7) years by the Central Penn Business Journal. In February 2008, Infotech was merged with Mindteck to become part of a global IT services business, and Pankaj took over as the CEO of Mindteck.
Pankaj was a finalist in 2003 ‘E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. He has been serving on the IT Advisory Board of Penn State University, Harrisburg since 2002, and is on the Board of Trustees for Harrisburg Science and Technology University.
Pankaj holds a bachelor's degree with high honors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, one of the premier engineering institutes in India.

Vivek Malhotra
Director
Vivek Malhotra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is working with Marie Stopes International, a UK based company, since 1998. As a Country Director, his role involves creating, establishing and managing a nation wide Contraceptive Marketing Program with current annual turnover of Rs. 300 Million and over 750 employees. He spends time managing and monitoring Financial, Marketing, Advertising Procurement, Research and I.E. & C activities of the country program.
Mr. Malhotra has strong international experience in working various positions in Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Uganda. He has worked in various capacities with various organizations such as USAID, PSI, KfW, and John Hopkins University Centre for the communications program.
Mr. Malhotra is currently based in Hyderabad.

Indresh Narain
Director
Indresh Narain is an independent Director at Mindteck. Mr. Narain is a retired Banker. He has spent over 35 years working with HSBC in various capacities, including Personal and Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Recovery, Corporate Finance and Human Resources at Regional and Head Office levels. He was a Head of Compliance and Legal, HSBC Group India between 1999 and 2005. He was also a member of the Assets & Liabilities Committee (ALCO) - the Apex Management Committee for the Group, and a Member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committees.
Mr. Narain currently sits on the board of multiple companies, including:
- Director of Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd. Also Chairman of the Audit Committee.
- Director of Intex Technologies (India) Ltd. Also Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Productivity Committee
- Director of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd.
- Member of the Board of Governors of Welham Girls School, Dehra Dun, and member of the Finance Committee

Javed Gaya
Javed Gaya is an independent Director and member of the Mindteck board. He is a lawyer by profession, practicing Civil Law in India and overseas for many years. Mr. Gaya has extensive work experience with English Law firm, Nabarro Nathanson in Dubai contributing much to cross border transactions. He had a challenging role at Advani & Co. in Mumbai where he worked as a partner and successfully established its branch extension to New Delhi.
In 2000, Mr. Gaya had setup his own Law firm in Mumbai. His clientele includes successful MNCs, Construction, Oil and Gas, and Pharmaceutical companies. He also spends his time working with other Indian subsidiaries of foreign clients. Mr. Gaya sits on the board of Mindteck, Taib Securities (a Bahrain based bank), and Mecklai Financial contributing to administrative resolutions and policies of these companies.
Mr. Gaya received his Law degree from Oxford University in England. He has been a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London.

Narayan A Menon
Mr. Menon is a retired Banker with nearly 4 decades of banking experience, spanning a wide gamut of commercial banking and investment banking activities, both in India and overseas. During his banking career, he served State Bank of India, in India & overseas for a period of 25 years and had contributed for improving the quality and profitability of loan portfolios of 14 international branches, achieving the highest ratings and highest profits for the larger branches of State Bank of India, Treasury and Forex operations including the setting up of a full fledged Dealing room in Tokyo, Japan and managing it for 5 years. He was also involved in General Management, Team Building and leadership, tight house-keeping and overall success in profit-centre responsibilities in all his assignments. He also served TAIB Bank, Bahrain for a period of 14 years as Senior Vice President-Risk Management and was responsible for enterprise-wide Risk Management in TAIB and its 8 active subsidiaries.
Mr. Menon had his early education in Madras and graduated in the First Division, with Distinction, from Loyola College, University of Madras. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the renowned IMEDE International Management Development Institute (now known as IMD), in Lausanne, Switzerland.
