Pankaj Agarwal
Managing Director and Group CEO
Pankaj Agarwal is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Mindteck. He is responsible for the overall growth of the Mindteck group. Pankaj's job is to set up business goals and objectives, and define strategies to meet those goals. He assumed the Mindteck leadership role in November 2006.
Pankaj is a business leader and an entrepreneur for more than two decades. Prior to Mindteck, he founded two companies; Infotech Consulting, Inc. in Pennsylvania in 1996; and Binary Semantics, New Delhi, India in 1986. Pankaj started Infotech with a capital of $10,000, and oversaw its growth into a $31 Million IT business by 2007. Infotech successfully established itself as a premier vendor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as several large private businesses in the US. It was his vision and belief that laid the foundation of Infotech’s success and growth. The company grew from a one-man operation to a 260-person company over the last twelve (12) years. Infotech also had the distinction of being ranked one of the “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies” for seven (7) years by the Central Penn Business Journal. Recently, in February 2008, Infotech was merged with Mindteck to become part of a global IT services business, with Pankaj being named as the Group CEO of Mindteck.
Pankaj was a finalist in 2003 ‘E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. He has been serving on the IT Advisory Board of Penn State University, Harrisburg since 2002, and is on the Board of Trustees for Harrisburg Science and Technology University
Pankaj holds a bachelor degree with high honors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, one of the premier engineering institutes in India.

Shankar Velayudhan
Executive Vice President (India, Europe)
Shankar Velayudhan is the Executive Vice President (India, Europe) in Mindteck. He joined Mindteck in the year 2000 and comes with a strong product engineering background in Industrial Automation, Test and Measurement and Networking Protocols. At Mindteck, he has played a key role in setting up of competency centers in specific and niche embedded domains.
Shankar has nearly 20 years of experience in software development and has previously worked with HCL Technologies, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (B.A.R.C.) and Tektronix Engineering Development India.
Shankar holds an MS (Computer Science & Engineering) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and a BS (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Joe Underwood
Executive Vice President (USA)
Joe Underwood is the Executive Vice President (USA) in charge of the Business Applications Consulting Practice and is the head of U.S Operations for Mindteck. He brings a unique blend of business acumen, sales, project management, and technical expertise to this role. He has over 20 years of professional IT experience including leadership positions in some of the world’s most prestigious consulting and system integration firms.
Joe comes to Mindteck from Infotech, where he was responsible for global sales and project
delivery for the business applications area. Under Joe’s leadership this practice experienced
700% revenue growth in three years. Prior to Infotech Joe worked with Unisys, Arthur Andersen,EDS, and Arthur Young. As a senior manager with Arthur Andersen, Joe founded its Commonwealthof Pennsylvania practice growing is revenue from $0 to $3.6M in 2002.Also at Andersen, Joe founded its internet portal practice and assisted in sellingand managing portal implementation projects at PA Office of General Counsel, Sun Chemical, Healthcare Financing Administration, and Eli Lilly.
At Unisys and EDS Joe managed large onsite, offsite, and offshore systems |development projects utilizing a wide range of tools and technologies.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. |

Jacob Pillay
Vice President (Asia-Pacific)
Jacob Pillay heads the Singapore operations. He is responsible for the entire APAC region for Mindteck and is based out of Singapore office.
He has over 17 years of experience and has worked for Pertech Computers Limited and Mindware PCL Pte Ltd. He was part of the team that established Mindware in the ASEAN market.
Jacob holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. |

Vidya Sagar("VS")
Company Secretary
VS is responsible for Corporate Compliances, Board and Shareholder meetings, Investor services, and M&A activities. He also heads the legal function at Mindteck. VS has seventeen years of hands-on experience of handling regulatory authorities, audit and legal firms, investors and varied professionals in the course of his career as a specialist Company Secretary.
VS has been with the Company for over seven years. He is a graduate in Commerce and Law from Andhra University and an Associate Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi, India. Prior to his assignment with Mindteck, VS has worked in the media, shipping and manufacturing industries with eminent business groups like Business India, Hella and others.
