outsourcers and veterans, this option offers minimum setup time
with complete responsibility on Mindteck to deliver total solutions.
The ODC team works closely with customer's information systems,
sales, product management, marketing and executive teams to deliver
solutions according to their requirements.

Customer managed ODC: In this model, the team
at Mindteck works as an absolute extension of customer's information
systems team. While Mindteck manages day-to-day operations, the
customer is in direct control of the team and is responsible for
its delivery.

The Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) option can
be added to both of the above models to convert the ODC into a fully
owned subsidiary of the customer at any point in time.
