Mr. Pankaj Agarwal started his career as a Software Engineer with CMC Limited, a prominent public sector enterprise in India and has traveled widely through Asia and Africa for the implementation of software applications for UNICEF.He has a versatile experience of 20 years as a software engineer, project manager, leading a line of business, and heading up an organization -Infotech Consulting Inc.

Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, currently based in the US, was the finalist in the 2003 E & Y Entrepreneur of the year award. He has been serving on the IT Advisory Board of Penn State University, Harrisburg since 2002, and is on the Board of Trustees for Harrisburg Science and Technology University.

Vivek Malhotra
Director

Vivek Malhotra- A qualified Chartered Accountant. Presently working as a Country Director- India, since 1998 for Marie Stopes International, UK. The current assignment involves in creating, establishing and managing a nation wide Contraceptive marketing program with current annual turnover of Rs. 300 Million and over 750 employees. The current assignment involves managing, monitoring and providing Financial, Marketing, Advertising Procurement, Research and I.E. & C activities of the country program. Mr. Malhotra has significant international experience of working in various positions in Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Uganda. He has worked in various capacities with various organizations such as USAID, PSI, KfW, and John Hopkins University Centre for the communications program.

He is currently based in Hyderabad.

Satish Menon
Director

Satish Menon was until August 31st 2003, the Corporate Vice President Legal and Company Secretary of Wipro Corporation, which has business operations globally, pursued through a public limited company listed on the Bombay, National and New York Stock Exchanges and includes within its ambit, several wholly owned subsidiaries, incorporated both in India and overseas.

Satish has an industry experience of about 25 years in the aggregate out of which, the majority of his time, almost 18 years, was spent in Wipro and the balance in several large public limited companies listed on stock exchanges in India.

Satish, as the Chief Legal Officer of Wipro, was one of its Strategic Leaders, who was part of Wipro’s top management team which leads its highly diversified businesses comprising of:

1. Information Technology both software and hardware;

2. Business Process Outsourcing ( BPO ) ;

3. Telecommunication and Internet solutions;

4. Food products like vanaspati;

5. Healthcare products like soaps and cosmetics;

6. Baby products like oil, feeding bottles ,etc ;

7. Lighting products like bulbs, tubes, etc;

8. Leather products like shoes, shoe uppers, etc;

9. Medical and Biomedical equipments and products;

10. Diagnostic Kits and products;

11. Hydraulic Cylinders and Systems and

12. Non Banking Financial services.

Guhan Subramaniam

Guhan Subramaniam is the Managing Partner at IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd (IIML). IIML, the private equity affiliate of IL&FS Group, is India’s second largest domestic private equity investment fund manger.

Guhan is an experienced professional senior member of the IL&FS private equity team. He has 28 years of multi functional, multi industry operations experience .His experience has predominantly been in information Technology and Software Solutions, products &Services business both in India & global markets with a successful and consistent management career spanning Sales , Marketing , Business Development, Human Resources Development , Business planning and eventually as Head of Operations .He has held Senior management & leadership Positions as COO , Vice President & General Manager with leading Corporations in India such as Wipro Infotech Ltd., BPL Innovision Group, ALIT, HCL Ltd., PSI data Systems Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd.(a Xerox joint venture), Godrej & Boyce Ltd

During the past six years of his tenure with IIML his operating experience and relationship network is being leveraged in sourcing ,evaluating , making and exiting investments and in providing support to select investee Companies in the portfolio. Guhan is proactive on the board of six Companies: Sun Electronics Ltd, LaserSoft Info systems Ltd, Midas Communication Technologies Pvt. Ltd., iMetrex Technologies Ltd, EBS worldwide Services Pvt. Ltd & Learnet India Ltd .He was earlier on the board of Future Software Ltd., Secova e- Services Ltd. and Cygsoft Ltd. He resigned from these boards on completion of a successful ‘exit’ from the funds investment in these portfolio Companies. In addition, he provides support to Tejas Network Ltd and Manipal Acunova Ltd. He contributed to an ‘exit’ that yielded the highest IRR for a portfolio investment by IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd.

Guhan’s current responsibilities include:

1. Comprehensive evaluation of proposals from entrepreneurial teams for investment
   in high growth , technology driven business opportunities predominantly in technology driven sectors like I T Software Products , Services & Solutions .Internet, Telecom, Convergence, BPO & Life Sciences .
2. Conducting ‘Due diligence’ process with reference to technology , business & quality processes, evaluation of competencies & skills , commercial processes and validation of business models .
3. Providing support to Portfolio Co.’s in evolving strategic direction , enabling alliances and partnerships ,recruitment of senior executives and enabling operational leverage as a member of the Board of Directors.
4. Exploring and negotiating ‘exit’ options for mature investments in the portfolio
5. Proposing, Structuring & Marketing a US$ 250 million Fund to invest in mid to late stage companies across growth sectors.
