Mindteck Announces Appointment Of New CEO And CTO

Bangalore, July 07, 2005: Mindteck India Limited, a leading provider of embedded systems software and IT services, today announced that P A Ananthanarayanan has been appointed as the CEO of the company. The company also announced the appointment of Shankar Velayudhan to the post of CTO.

“Over the last two years as the CFO, Ananthanarayanan has led a successful turnaround of the company”, said the Chairman of the Board. “His leadership skills and clear vision are valuable strategic assets, and the Board is pleased that he has agreed to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion.”

The Board also observed that both Ananthanarayanan and Shankar have significant industry experience and that their background and knowledge will play an important role in defining the future strategy of the company. Ananthanarayanan secured a degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds a degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. Shankar Velayudhan holds a degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a Masters degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
